What if I have forgotten my receipt?
Once an order is generated you will proceed to a confirmation receipt - this will be emailed to you at the email address you designate on your pre-order. Please ensure you take your printed receipt onboard. If you forget your receipt or it is unavailable you will be asked to show your passport and boarding pass. Upon delivery of your pre-order, you will be required to sign the pre-order report as confirmation of receipt of the item(s).
